"Benchmarks seemed off"
I tried MGMA for benchmark data. Some numbers just didn’t line up with what we see locally. Felt inconsistent. Hard to trust. Not worth it for me.

"Using the website felt like a waste of energy"
I went on MGMA just trying to find some basic information, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The menus felt all over the place, pages were slow to load, and the search didn’t really point me anywhere useful. I kept clicking around and getting nowhere, which just felt like wasted time and energy. Frustrating experience overall.

MGMA has some decent educational content, and I did find a few articles that were actually useful. But a lot of it felt too broad or not really what I needed. I don’t have the patience to keep clicking around hoping the next thing will be better. It’s fine overall, just not always worth the time it takes to sort through.

I was disappointed with this conference. For what I paid, I expected a much smoother experience and stronger sessions. The lines were long, a lot of the talks felt weak, and overall the trip just didn’t feel worth the money. I don’t mind paying for a good event, but this one fell short of what I personally look for...
"Support never got back to me"
Umm, I emailed support twice and still never got a real response. I basically just waited around for days with no update. Frustrating when you actually need help with something.

I joined mostly hoping to connect with more practice managers, but the networking side was kind of hard to describe, just not as active as I expected. I did make a few useful contacts, which was nice, but a lot of the groups felt quiet. For the price, I was hoping for more

"Membership felt kind of unfair"
I paid for the membership expecting it to actually be worth something, but the benefits felt thin. Support was slow too, which made it even more frustrating. If a company is going to charge people for extra perks, I think they should make sure those perks actually feel meaningful

"I’ve been using mgma.com for a while..."
I’ve been using mgma.com for a while now, the billing has been easy to understand. Renewal dates and charges were laid out clearly, which made me feel like I could trust what I was seeing instead of having to dig around or worry about hidden details.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because I’d prefer renewal reminders to come a little earlier. Other than that, everything has felt fair and transparent, no surprise fees, no confusing renewal issues, and no feeling like I had to second-guess the charges

"Didn’t feel worth it from the start"
My first impression of the certification wasn’t great, and that never really changed. It felt like a lot of time spent on material that didn’t connect much to what I actually do at work. By the end, I didn’t feel like I gained anything useful enough to justify the effort.
